WEEK 2 MONDAY

BREAKFAST: strawberry banana spinach whey protein smoothie. 3 HB eggs.
SNACK: 2 peaches.
LUNCH: veggie salad with strips of turkey.
SNACK
DINNER

Exercise: 1 mile walk on treadmill. walked up 20 flights of stairs. Leg extension and Leg press at the gym.
